Marion Public Health and the Creating Health Communities Coalition (CHC) are conducting a transportation needs assessment. The survey results will be part of a county-wide coordinated transportation plan and future funding for Marion could be available based on these results (including for mobility management).
We need to get as many families with young children, people living with disabilities, and senior citizens to take the survey as possible. Surveys need to be completed by August 5, 2017. The surveys should only take about 5 minutes to complete.
