The Food Safety Program at Marion Public Health licenses and regulates all food service operations and retail food establishments, including restaurants, grocery stores, mobile, temporary, and vending machine operations to assure that all comply with applicable laws. Our sanitarians work with local businesses to ensure food safety in Marion County to reduce the rate of diseases transmitted through food.
