Title: Fiscal and Administration Specialist

Salary Range: $25.00-$33.06 per hour (40 hours per week)

When every detail counts, your work drives the mission forward. As Fiscal and Administration Specialist,
you’ll help ensure the smooth operation and growth of the department’s financial and administrative
systems—assuring public health programs run effectively and efficiently to support healthier
communities.
As Fiscal and Administration Specialist, you will:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain fiscal and human resource records
- Implement fiscal programs and policies, and support budget preparation
- Process payroll and manage the health insurance program
- Develop operational manuals and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support the Board of Health and District Advisory Council in carrying out their missions
A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, public health administration, or a related field is required.
Experience in government accounting is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience designing
and managing administrative and fiscal programs and demonstrated knowledge of local governmental
operations, budget planning, and grant management. Excellent analytical, organizational, and
communication skills are essential, as is the ability to use Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
