To enable cookies in Chrome on your Android phone, open the Chrome app, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right, select Settings, then Site settings, and finally Cookies. Ensure the toggle for “Allow sites to save and read cookie data” is turned on, or select an option to allow third-party cookies if you need broader functionality.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Open: the Chrome app on your Android device.
- Tap: the More icon (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner.
- Select: Settings from the menu that appears.
- Tap: Site settings.

Tap: on Cookies.
- Turn on: the toggle for “Allow sites to save and read cookie data” to allow all cookies.
- Alternatively, if you need to manage third-party cookies more specifically, select an option from the list to Allow third-party cookies or Block third-party cookies for more control over which cookies are saved.
For Apple Users (iPhone, iPad, Mac):
- Open Settings on your device.
- Scroll down and tap on Safari.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Advanced.
- Find the “Block All Cookies” setting and toggle it OFF (it should not be green) to allow them.
Once you have completed these steps, follow the instructions from your renewal packet.
