Sealed bids will be received for:
CONTRACT – ESTIMATE OF COST
ROOFING CONTRACT – BASE BID: $135,000.00
HVAC CONTRACT – BASE BID: $65,000.00
Until February 1, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter.
A pre-bid meeting will be held January 24, 2018 at 9:00 am at MARION PUBLIC HEALTH at 181 South Main Street, Marion, OH.
Copies of plans/specifications may be purchased by prime contractors from Omness Design, Inc. 140 Fairfax Road, Marion OH for a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $25.00. Electronic copies may be purchased from Omness Design for the same price. No partial copies will be available for purchase.
