Title: Director of Nursing
Classification: Full-time, FLSA exempt, unclassified
Pay Range: $76,000-$83,000 depending on experience
Position Summary
Marion Public Health is looking for a motivated, innovative Director of Nursing who wants to lead a great team to an exciting future. This pivotal role in the health department will spearhead efforts to address community needs over the next ten years. The director of nursing will also oversee communicable disease programs, epidemiology, immunizations, and vital statistics. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s of Nursing licensure, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Five years’ supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of public health, infectious disease, and immunization administration a plus. This is a full time position with a competitive benefits package.
